6:2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? 6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? 6:4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church. 6:5 I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?

Joe,

I struggle with this word "judge."  I think there is a great deal of misuse of the word, and the biblical concept behind it.  God has given us all a "new nature" as His children, who were all formerly "children of the devil" ~ and in doing so, wants us our "renewed mind" properly, which has been "washed in the word"... for His glory!
We ARE TO discern GOOD from EVIL.  We are to  use the "sword of the Spirit," which is the word of God to fend off the lies and attacks on our minds from the "flesh, the world, and the devil."  We are to speak the Truth about what is going on, but in the name of not "judging" we have almost completely lost the word "evil" from our culture's vocabulary.  So, while it IS important to not "condemn" someone for their sin, which I have concluded after much study, is the proper application of the word.
We must do everything in love:  Love the sinner, hate the sin.  We ought to speak up and say, "That thing is evil....or "is not this thing in my hand a lie" and not apologize for it.  There is a difference.
I know there are those who arrogantly think themselves "better" than other people, and that is a sin...  But let us be careful to not to fall prey to the culture's sway to say "anything goes" in our post-modern world: Tell the Truth in love.
Thank you for this blog, Joe.  You are a dear man to us, and I know you are seeking God's face.  amen.

A true look into the soul and heart of an unregenerate man:

and the sad thing is, we refuse to change or even budge
I think this is one of the things, that keep God and us apart
we want forgiveness, but don't have a forgiving heart

.....however we are able and commanded by GOD to execute judgment upon the head of the enemy.....
Much Love to you KC JOE

2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath [days]: 2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body [is] of Christ. 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

We are not under the law, nor judges until the end..look at the scripture, when we judge
we are puffed up with pride..Only God can judge unless like Paul and others you have been
given a guarantee in to Heaven..! So remember you will be judged by your own standards.

The scripture you quoted is only saying that for those that observe the sabbath days...and feast days, etc...there is no need to judge anyone regarding what is written and commanded by God for us to do...all these things...the sabbath day...feast days, etc. are simply a shadow of things to come....They are NOT done away with...If they were done away with JESUS HIMSELF and His disciples would not have observed them and set the examle....

5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach [them], the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

And as far as heaven..There is NOBODY in heaven right now...but GOD the Father and GOD the Son, and when Jesus returns...He shall rule and reign here on EARTH for 1,000 years and then GOD the Father will come down to earth for all eternity....Nobody is going to heaven...the only being who wanted to be there was Lucier....Everybody that is dead right now..are in the grave....back to the dust from which they came until the 1st resurrection....as it is written in the Word of God....When Jesus returns....THEN the dead in Christ shall rise........Selah

My dear brother Kansas City Joe:
First of all my dear brother KC what law are we NOT under? Remember, their are many laws.  Which one are we not under and where can i READ this law in the bible???

PLEASE my dear brother KC, can you give me passages stating that paul and others have been
given a guarantee in to Heaven? and WHO are these others?

Secondly,
Are you worthy enough to Judge a small matter that pertains to the things of this life?
Acts 19:39  But if ye enquire any thing concerning other matters, it shall be determined in a lawful assembly.

Please help me brother with these QUESTIONS.

I am going to say two things, first I have no problem answering any question, if you have one..
But I know Marjay send you over here..second if you come to me and say you believe the Bible
then know you have to believ every word, as I do..so we will start here..
3:9 But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain. 3:10 A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; 3:11 Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

4:1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left [us] of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. 4:2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard [it]. 4:3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

6:13 For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, 6:14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. 6:15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. 6:16 For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation [is] to them an end of all strife. 6:17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed [it] by an oath:

16:22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 16:23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 16:24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 16:25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

Now I will finish saying, real people of God don't try to make the word of God vain,
here is the hold matter.
10:3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 10:4 For Christ [is] the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. 10:5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. 10:6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down [from above]:) 10:7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, [even] in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

I believe on Jesus, and I have works and faith, so all who love Jesus, know that I am a God fearing man.
any thing else..then go back to Titus 3:9.

One last thing,
2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

That means to speak on things, that you haven't seen, with pride, and a fleshly mind.
that isn't how the God I sever work..! and I think I just handle a small matter..so my
answer speak for it self.

Read Titus..3:9...at the top of my response, and ask yourself is God leading this discussion,
when He is not the author of confusion..and just in case you are not sure what confusion is..
it is an on going matter without seasing, like this..so don't tell me God has any thing to do
with this, it is personal, or it would be done..cause this discussion is over for me. and on that,
I go to the original subject..There is only one Judge.
21:2 Every way of a man [is] right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.

12:15 The way of a fool [is] right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel [is] wise.

Greetings brother KC. I will express the understanding of God according to your passages you gave for me.
In Romans 10: 4 it says christ is the end of the LAW. My dear brother KC this is the Law of Animal Sacrifice mentioned in Leviticus 4. Please read Lev. 4

( Hebrews 8:7  For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.) (Hebrews 10:9  Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.)

By the death of Jesus the Viel of the temple ripped, therefore there was no more sacrificing of animals. (Hebrews 10:4  For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.) (8  .....Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;) >>"the law that christ was the end of mentioned n Rom. 10:4"

A brother on the streets just ask me yesterday about this law because he was puzzled and wanted to know WHAT is the second law that was established...and i told him it is simple. I told him those same laws the was eched in stnes on mount sinai. I continued to tell him those are the some ROYAL laws that is written in your heart and mind>>>>>
Hebrews 8:10  For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts:

Now in about Titus 3: 9.  My questions is Not foolish nor is it unprofitable and vain these same questions you did not answer is profitabe and is charched to mine and your salvation. Because if we get these law mixed up to think that we are not under the law it will spiritually kill us. Moreover,  verse of Titus  3 is very informative for ME as a servant >>> Titus 3:8  This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

Grace & Peace Brother. Please acknowledge you understand what i have posted and we can move on with the rest of your initial response to me.

We have to discern from the Laws and once we understand them we also have to AFFIRM them CONSTANTLY to each other for edification from the word of God. I must REALLY< REALLY, be careful to maintain good works in the sight of ALL men. If I tell you the wrong things my dear brother KC, Jesus will punish me. Thats why im careful of what i teach on the Voices of victory broadcast. If i DON't KNOW something MY MOUTH will stay closed until i get understanding. And these are the things which are good and profitable unto men.

ABOUT LUKE 16

Another belief the world has is when th angel's carried the beggar to Abraham's bosom (Luke 16: 19-26). Most people think that Abraham's bosom is in heaven, but let investigate this one as well. When I received understanding about Abraham's bosom, I realized that this had not taken place yet. Because Jesus is telling his disciples about this story and there is no other recollection of this story in history of in the Old Testament as it happened. We have to know that Abraham is dead and buried but Jesus said that Abraham said... " remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things...". Abraham and the rich man was conversing.

This could only be after the 1st resurrection when Jesus set up his kingdom unless Abraham had been resurrected already and is in heaven with Jesus. This can not be unless the lake of fire is in heaven because they were conversing but the rich man was being tormented.

The rich man asked Abraham for water that it may cool his tongue because he was tormented in the flames. Furthermore, the lake of fire do not exist at this time and we can prove that according to scripture, but that's another topic.

Another thing that tells us that the rich man is not in hell below nor is Abraham in heaven above. There is this great gulf fixed between Abraham and the rich man (Luke 16: 26). This can be nothing else but the future kingdom on earth when the Lord comes. The kingdom will be here on EARTH. These two guys was talking across some gulf of space between them.

This also lets us know they can see each other. And this my dear brother KC; made me search out truth to see WHERE then is Lazarus? in HEaven or in the grave.

I like to Say to you Brother KC I LOVE you as a brother in Christ. And where ever you think or know where you are in Jesus, i just want you to know I have been there as well. Then i read and meditated on this verses>>

.James 4:10  Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
1 Peter 5:6  Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

MORE insight ON THE LAW....

Romans 3:31  Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

I said I would not respond, but I had to, I find it very interesting that, with all this understanding.
There are a couple things that understand has lost you.
1). How can a man say to me he is right about God's word, when he choose what he will
obey, like..

2). The law is not dead, to the nonbeliever, I am a believe, so it is dead to me
2:18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. 2:19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness [come] by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

3).That is why Jesus died, for no one can keep all 613 laws.
if you will speak laws, then do them all or save your breathe.
Fasle teaching, mix with truth. will fool even the elected if possible.
so I am not lost, nor do I need teaching, I have a great relationship
with my Lord and Savior.!

Brother Nate
October 21, 2008
Dear brother KC you did qoute that a man is righteous in his own eyes, but that dont make that man righteous in God's eyes especially if it's not according to the laws of God. Now, you have your faith in JEsus, that''s good. Im not trying to take that away from you. I pray that your great relationship increases with understanding my dear brother.

Here is what you said...
The law is not dead, to the nonbeliever, I am a believer, so it is dead to me

BUT your statement do not excuse Rom. 3:31...
Romans 3:31  "Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law."

SO , now that you are a believer than you have heard that the Saturday is the day the Jesus told us to observe as his rest day. Non-believers will observe Sunday-which is the first day of the week. Commandment #4 is remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. If we break one law we break them ALL.

Since i am a believer as you are KC then I am not Under ther Law neither. But i still know that I want commit adultry, I know that i would not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain I Would NOT still or bear false witness against my neibor. Thats' way Romans3: 31 tell us to  NOT to make void the law through FAITH...(me and you Believe-thats our faith). BUT, we must establish the Law.

there are many more laws that i exercise that is a part of that 613 you have mentioned. Im not going to go into the Old testament for these laws but Here are JUST a few that is second nature to ME as a believer.....

1 Thessalonians 5:15  See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
16  ¶Rejoice evermore.
17  Pray without ceasing.
18  In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
19  Quench not the Spirit.
20  Despise not prophesyings.
21  Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
22  Abstain from all appearance of evil.

There is much much more as we my beaware of within those 613 laws. But belevers stay in practice with these things that is of good works which God have ordain that we should walk in them. what's in the new book it's also in the old book. these is nothing new.

Ephesians 2:10  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Romans 7:12  Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
14  ¶For we know that the law is spiritual:

Thanks for the reasoning together brother for me and you know that the commandment is the LAW.

Ecclesiastes 12:13  ¶Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. 1 Thess. 5:11

Grace & Peace my dear brother KC
