wow, in my last blog I was brought to a place of unity with the body that I know we in Christ will experience more and more in the future. I say this because of a few scriptures that I read. Check them out......
17:21 that they may all be one; even as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 17:22 The glory which thou hast given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, 17:23 I in them and thou in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that thou hast sent me and hast loved them even as thou hast loved me.
Look at verse 23. That they may become perfectly one. What do you think of that. I see the Holy Spirit in us creating a unity in the body that we are perfectly one, and for the reason to show the world that God sent Jesus, and He has loved us as He loved Jesus. Wow, wow, that is incredible.
I believe that God in the last days will need His people unified because of what is coming on the earth. We read about it in the scriptures. We also know that the enemy tries to reproduce what God has done, inso he, satan is a copycat, a falsifier, not a true creator.
So let me tell you what is going on in this world today......

I am a bit of a "techy" follower to understand what is coming. Well, the tech world is coming together to create all computers and all electronics to communicate with themselves. There is a futurist that believes we are not far from what he calls "singularity" which is in fact all tech gadgets connecting, being unified.
Now that may not be to scary to you and I but wait.....
They are also working of devices that go on your face and over your eyes that will give you access to your computer 24/7. A few people are wearing them now.
You say, Kelley, I would not wear that, I have no need of that silly thing. But wait, you need to know what it can do......
They are developing technology to scan our faces and these glasses will be able to tell the wearer who you are without a word spoken. Also, there will be a bio of who you are and a link for more info about you without you even giving them permission. Now it gets a little more personal. And just like the t.v. or phone or internet, once one person gets one, then everyone will have to get it so they won't be left out.......
hmmmm, not enough false unity yet?
There is teams of techy's that are developing robot dogs that can speak to each other and they get together and use them to play soccer against other robot dogs. Sounds harmless enough until you understand there vision. They want by the year 2050 to have humanoid robots play against the world cup champs and to beat them. Maybe a lofty goal, but that is there direction.
The same futurist I spoke of before sees a future possibly to live forever. Nanotechnology is being developed that will recreate the body so it won't die. The search for eternal life on this earth is getting closer. But read what God said all the way back in Genesis.
3:22 Then the LORD God said, "Behold, the man has become like one of us, knowing good and evil; and now, lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever" --
This tells me God knew man would try to find this tree, to live forever, and we see it today that they are triing.
There is so much more to talk about in this area, but it may just produce fear in some and that is not the point of this blog. I want to give you a heads up on what is taking place and to encourage you that God does have everything under control.
He knows what the world is up to.
And He has a plan......
We are truly coming to complete unity, which we were always destined for anyway, but is is the true unity throught the Spirit, not a false one through the worlds ways, for these things will be destroyed.
But the Body of Christ is coming to this....
4:13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ;
Amen and amen.
This is my prayer to you, and it was Paul's to the Ephesians.
3:14 For this cause I go down on my knees before the Father, 3:15 From whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, 3:16 That in the wealth of his glory he would make you strong with power through his Spirit in your hearts; 3:17 So that Christ may have his place in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and based in love, 3:18 May have strength to see with all the saints how wide and long and high and deep it is, 3:19 And to have knowledge of the love of Christ which is outside all knowledge, so that you may be made complete as God himself is complete. 3:20 Now to him who is able to do in full measure more than all our desires or thoughts, through the power which is working in us, 3:21 To him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations for ever and ever. So be it.

Sonny, dear, Words to consider, for sure! Finishing our Study for the week today, I found Day 5 illuminating the story of The Rich Young Ruler. The Study was on finances this week. But what sparked my thought from your writing was that Jesus replied to him after he said he had kept the commands, "If you wish to be complete, go and sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me." I believe the goal of the interaction was about becoming complete, as you were saying, and that is only in being united with Him. The young ruler after all had asked about obtaining eternal life. Therefore I would confirm your pleas to truly unite the Body of Christ. That was HIS prayer for us! Jesus warned us about laying treasure on earth, "for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." There are so many distractions to pull us away from our goal but treasure is merely one. Pastor Smiley said last week, "In God's eyes there are 2 days in our life--today and accounting day. What will we say to the Almighty when we "stand" before HIM and give an account of what we did with our time, talent, and treasure?" Talk about one scary thought! Loving you Dear Heart, In joy,
