For with God nothing is impossible: 5:18 Therefore as by the offence of one [judgment came] upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one [the free gift came] upon all men unto justification of life. 5:19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. 5:20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: Please note: that by Adam's sin all became sinners. Paul says by the offence of one all men became condemned. Verse 19, explains it best one man's ( Adam ) disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one ( Jesus Christ ) many shall be made righteous. This would be a good place to inject that Hell was never made for mankind. Hell was created for the Devil and his fallen angels, not intended for man. Because of the fall in the garden, man was alienated from God.
3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Let it be known that according to scriptures all have sinned and came short of the glory of God. You can see this in Revelations chapter 5, where they looked back through the history of mankind to find one that could open the book. There was only one that was sinless and could open the seals to reveal the contents in the book. Great men have lived and had relationships with God, Moses couldn't open the book, Noah couldn't and so on and so forth. Only Jesus the Christ, the lamb of God. 6:23 For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. There is a wage for sin and the scriptures are plain about that it's death. More than the physical death of spirit leaving the body, this is a spiritual death of eternal separation from God. The Bible talks about a second death and this being cast into Hell of the Lake of fire.
19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. Herein lies the means to have the death sentence abolished that being in the form of accepting Jesus Christ as one's Lord and Saviour. The fact that one is considered lost means that there is no relationship with Jesus. 3:15That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 3:16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. [ Believing in Jesus ] one has eternal life, the sentence of death is lifted. [ Not believing in Christ ] will cause the death sentence to be enforce causing one to perish. The means of abolishing the death penalty is available to whosoever will let him come. The Spirit and the bride say come, he that hath an ear let him hear what thus saith the Lord. Come unto me, I will give you rest. What say ye is it life or death. |
