What Is The Church? What Is It For? Is It Relevant Today?
So if someone asked you what the church is, and what it is for, what would you say? Well I will be doing a mini series on that very topic. (Chris) May 27- The Church: What It's For and What's In Store
There is a growing Faith presence at MyChurch.com. This is a sister web site to our regular church site. What is different about this site? Several of our members maintain active blogs there and you can read almost daily about what is happening in their lives. I have one, Chris our associate has one as well as many of our members. Prayer requests can be posted immediately as the need arises. There are a lot of other features but the best way to discover all it has to offer is to go there and discover for yourself. Just follow this link to the MyChurch site. (Hint:You are reading this update at MyChurch, you can click on the above links to explore)

As we remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country, let us continue to pray for America that their deaths be not in vain.
Sunday night I will be bringing this message on the two natures of the believer, hope you can join us at 6PM The War Within
The unsaved man has only one capacity, but the Christian has two. This means that the unsaved person has only one course of action—to serve sin and self, or to leave God out of his life—while the believer has an option. He may serve God, and as long as he is in a human body he may also choose to leave God out and live according to the old nature. Charles Ryrie The Mission Team is still in need of $4,000. There are 16 of our church family heading for Mexico in a few days. Please pray for this financial need.
