15:10Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth. Luke 15:10 Because of God's love for us all we have a chance and a choice to repent our sins and turn from our wicked ways. I strayed away from God recently and turned my life to sin and almost lost everything. In this I have accepted Christ as my Savior, rededicated my life to him and am serving him with my whole heart. I read this verse and I knew that this was for me because of the sins that I had committed not only to God but to my family. I repented to God and now I know that there is joy and God is glad to see that I am turning away from sin and coming forth by serving him and that I will enter into his kingdom. |
