6:10 Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 6:12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world-rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual `hosts' of wickedness in the heavenly `places'. 6:13 Wherefore take up the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.

1:5 Yea, and for this very cause adding on your part all diligence, in your faith supply virtue; and in `your' virtue knowledge; 1:6 and in `your' knowledge self-control; and in `your' self-control patience; and in `your' patience godliness; 1:7 and in `your' godliness brotherly kindness; and in `your' brotherly kindness love.
