73:23 Nevertheless I am continually with thee; thou dost hold my right hand. 73:24 Thou dost guide me with thy counsel, and afterward thou wilt receive me to glory. 73:25 Whom have I in heaven but thee? And there is nothing upon earth that I desire besides thee. 73:26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion for ever. 73:27 For lo, those who are far from thee shall perish; thou dost put an end to those who are false to thee. 73:28 But for me it is good to be near God; I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may tell of all thy works.
Why you want Heaven is why you live life. Or in other words, where you lay up treasure, there your heart will be also. Into what are you investing your vapor of a life? However you approach the spending of all your time indicates what you're hoping Heaven will be like. God was incomparable to any in Heaven or Earth for the Psalmist. Do a little heart check... ask yourself, Why do I want Heaven?
And then ask
Why am I living life?
I hope the second matches the Biblical answer to the first. When they do, that's called "worship".
17:3 And this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.
