That's really quite well written.

It's hard to write a document that spells out what a group of humans have decided to share while being clear, concise, and caring.

Our church for example has a membership covenant that each person is asked to sign as they enter our fellowship. It's heavy on Scripture, which I appreciate for its ability to put things in context and put we humans in our right relationship with God. But it does, if I lay it alongside this one, pronounce rather than encourage. In that sense, the Quaker document seems more graceful.
