43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
There are many such videos that you can find. Matter of fact I had a hard time just picking two once I started my search. Yet however you choose to look at trials, our scripture says that God will be with us. God will keep us from drowning, He will be present when we pass through the fire we will not be burned. Just notice we have to walk through the fire. God does not promise us we will not ever have trials, just to be there with us.
And when those times happen, to tell you the truth, I just sort of want to opt out. Sometimes I cry to the Lord Why? Sometimes I go "that's not fair", sometimes I have grace to know God is there. But mostly, I just know that I know, God's promises are sure. God will never leave nor forsake, and this too shall pass.
What about you are you passing through the fire, is the water up to your neck???? If you are in that place, you are not alone the Lord of the Universe is right there with you. He will see you through. I am sure you have seen circumstances in which someone was going through a trial, and the trial took their life. For the believer, this trial, does not end in God forsaking the one going through. He brings the believer through to His Heavenly Kingdom. So in all God brings us out of the trial, so in all we are never forsaken, when we have Christ as our savior.
There are allot of trials by fire out there. There are many drowning waters that seem to surround us. But God...But God steps in and says the waters will not overflow us, the flames will not kindle upon us. Praise the Lord for His faithfulness. Praise the Lord that He will never leave us or forsake us no matter, where you find yourself at this reading. God is with you, He will help you he will uphold you with His victorious right hand.(a paraphrase of Is. 41:10) God will bless, and preserve,He will be there never a moment too late or a moment too soon. He knows the plan for you, so you can have hope in your future.
Why did I write this, so that I could edify you? Well there was that. But mostly I just had to remind myself, that when it seems like all hell is breaking loose, God is in control. So if this reminded you too that God is in control, that He will keep you from drowning or being consumed by the flames, well good, but mostly, mostly I just needed the reminder. Praise the Lord he is faithful, He brings us through.
Thanks for this lesson today,I am reminded while reading this of the story of three Hebrews. Sharach,Mesach, andAbengo, I do not if I spell this corrected but any way they were thrown into the fire and came out with no burns, and they saw a fourth person. He is always there. I love you Jesus!!!!!!
