I don't want my glass half full, I don't want my glass half empty, I want my glass filled up and overflowing with all the goodness that God Is, was and ever will be for me and my life. And not only that, I want it for my wife, child, and all my friends and family that i love so dear! I don't want that circle to be unbroken, no sir re-bob. I can't make that choice for them tho. They must come and drink of the water of life which is freely given, and i hope they do so before the windows of Heaven are shut, His children are gathered up and the well runs dry.
Imagine going to the well you go to every morning, only to find it dry, and you know good and well that you had just filled up the night before? Just like that it's gone! Like a thief in the night. Right now we have this Living water and their are still sheep that need to be nourished by its goodness. Are you taking your flock, posse, homies, click, friends, families, neighbors, or what ever the name and title youd like to give them to this well? If you were a shepherd and your flock needed to drink and you were out in the middle of nowhere you propubly would do whatever you could to get them to the nearest watering hole....... well my friends , everyone that we know in our own little circle of associates is in need of this water. We need to be vigilant in prayer if nothing else that they come to this fount of living water. Remember back to the time when you were athirst and was in need of this life giving stream, and oh the joy that flooded your soul the moment you believed. Something happened didn't it. Something touched you and made you whole!! Imagine that same fire kindled underneath your buddies and kinsmen. WOW. Let's make the Heavens sing and roar, Cause we know it does over one little lost lamb brought back to the fold. Amen. Lord, it is my desire to stop forsaking you, I have tried it with my own cisterns and i've always come up empty inside and out of water. The water I truley need Is you. And I'll drink you in to me at this very moment. Lord, all i need is you! Thank you dear Heavenly Father for filling us with your living water. May we never thirst again. Thanks for filling us with your Love! He said I thirst, yet He made the Rivers. He said I thirst, yet He made the oceans. In His great thirst, He brought water to me!~S 2:13 for my people have committed two evils: they have forsaken me, the fountain of living waters, and hewed out cisterns for themselves, broken cisterns, that can hold no water. |
