55 years ago, a young couple was up in the middle of the night taking care of a new baby. I know because I was there and I was the baby. Last night I was reminded of this fact as I heard my daughter and son in-law up with our new grand baby. I wasn't aware that my parents were caring for me at that point in my life, I probably didn't even say thank-you. :) Those sounds I heard last night reminded me of some parents long ago who cared for a new born baby boy. I am here today because they were willing to lose sleep to care for me. Thank God for parents who love their children and are willing to sacrifice to love and care for those children. Maybe, just maybe, 55 years from now Kassidy will remember last night when she hears her grand baby in the next room in the middle of the night. She will pause and be thankful they loved her enough to be there and to care. 31:28 Her children rise up, and call her blessed; Her husband `also', and he praiseth her, `saying': 31:29 Many daughters have done worthily, But thou excellest them all. 31:30 Grace is deceitful, and beauty is vain; `But' a woman that feareth Jehovah, she shall be praised. 31:31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; And let her works praise her in the gates.
