I am going to be writing my feelings about something that I read in my devotion, that I deal with and maybe some of you do too.
3:13 Brethren, I could not myself yet to have laid hold: but one thing `I do', forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, Forgiveness is the core ingredient to every successful relationship. So many peoplee carry expectations to their offer of love. I love you, but...(i am to tired, busy, annoyed, angry) you fill in the blank.
Women are prone to carry grudges and remembering offenses for days ad some for years.
Jesus's callings are required for us to both recieve forgiveness nd to give it to others.
" And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors." Matt 6:12
God wants us to say no to our flesh and yes to HIM.
A super natural change take place in us as we obey God out of respect for His WORD.
True Love simply says "I love You" No exceptations!
We must not dwell on the past we must forgive the past and press on for the goals to win the prize the Jesus is calling.
Lord's prayer calls us to forgiveness as we forgive other.
Dear Heavenly Father I just want to thank you for the life you have given me. You are worthy of all praise and glory. Lord, I ask that you help me to forgive and not dwell on the past. Let me be able to move forward in my life with you as my guiding light. You are the one the died for me on that cross and you forgave me of my sins, now it is my turn to forgive others, so that we may live in harmony and peace. Fill me with peace and joy. I surrender my life and all my burdens to you , so that you may carry me through my trial. Thank you Lord Jesus! IN your name I pray Amen,
In christ Ayla |
