Do you ever...

Do you ever feel like God is taking something away from you, or moving things around in your life?
What is your usual response? Do you welcome the change, or do you fight it?

What if He's moving things or removing them so that you can be closer to Him? What if He wants you to make a commitment to get closer to Him.

If you feel like you're isolated from friends, or maybe there are major changes in your life that you really don't agree with or understand...think about starting a Bible study, or a Bible reading plan. It just might be that He needs to remove some things for a moment to give you time and space to come closer to Him.

I encourage you not to seek for things to replace what He's moved or removed...but seek Him.

Funny thing that you should comment on this topic.  I was just thinking yesterday why God has removed so many things from my life this past year... Something caught my eye in a devotional.... When God removes things He is wanting to replace them with something else that there may not otherwise be room for..... In my own life that is so true... When you pray for God to move... for His will to be manifest in your life, hold on, He will rock your world and it may not be in the way that you would expect.

He's done that many times in my life. Many time it's been people, He's removed people in my life and I see many times that it's been for me to focus more on Him. I've been searching the internet for different things only to find a road block and I realized last night it's because He wants me to go straight to His word for encouragement and wisdom. No group or organization is going to give me the answers or support that I'm looking for. He's really AWESOME!!!!
