| Twin Tornadoes mean Judgments |

Just recently The Lord showed me a dream of what I believe to be personal but I would like to share on my blog. Sometimes I can tell when God is showing me something in a dream and when others are just random images in my mind that don't amount to anything. This one certainly meant something because I felt that the Holy Spirit was helping to interpret it for me. Where I live tornadoes are extremely rare, so I had an indication that I should not take this dream in literal terms.
I remember that the beginning of the dream started with me at some sort of meeting close to where I live. And at the meeting was a co-worker who I used to work with and also had witnessed to. In the dream the co-worker seemed to be coming to the acceptance of Christ in his heart. As he was talking to me the lights started to go out in the building and a huge storm had surfaced instantaneously. As I headed outside I noticed two tornadoes side-by-side wreaking havoc in town. I immediately ran to my car and left for home watching the twin tornadoes in the rear view mirror.
By the time I got home it was completely dark (somehow time had dramatically passed) and I went inside to warn my wife of the tornadoes that I saw heading for the house. It was pretty scary catching a glimpse of these things only from lightning flashes. As I caught her attention she slipped down in the cellar with me but was convinced that her parents were not safe and needed to leave the cellar despite the tornadoes only being less than 1000 feet away. I told her not to leave but she wouldn't listen, and was gone before I could say anymore. I was completely protected in the cellar as I listened to the roaring sound of the whirlwinds pass by me. I was concerned for both my wife and her family.
As the storm had passed, the cellar door had opened up and my wife came down with tears in her eyes and her face fairly bruised. I remember hugging her and asking why she would even go out there with the tornadoes being so close? I don't remember a reply, but I do remember opening the cellar door and finding her parents in the front yard watching in awe at the twin tornadoes in the distance. Amazingly time had seemed to pass again, and this time we could see the sun on the horizon as the tornadoes continued on their path.
This is how the dream was interpreted. The co-worker I was at the meeting with was someone who I had previously witnessed to in real-life and has not yet accepted the Lord. I believe what God is showing me is that this specific person I had witnessed to will in fact be saved. This co-worker also represents others who I have and will witness to will be saved sometime down the road.
The instantaneous storm that surfaced represents God's judgements that are just on the horizon and will happen when we least expect it. ( 1 Thessalonians 5:2 for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.) The twin tornadoes represent the beast out of the earth and beast out of the sea (the false prophet and the Antichrist) who wreak havoc on the earth (Rev. 13:2 & 13:11). The darkness surrounded by the storm is symbolic of evil.
The cellar was symbolic of the Holy Spirit providing protection for those who are IN Christ Jesus. My wife is still in the process of coming to the Lord, but has not fully accepted Him into her heart yet and neither have her parents. I believe what the Holy Spirit was telling me is that those who are close to me will have to go through certain aspects of the the Tribulation period (possibly me as well?) but some will be more protected than others based on their faith and allegiance to the Lord Jesus Christ. Some will get hurt, but will be saved. The passing of the tornadoes and and the sun on the horizon was symbolic of God's grace and new heaven and new earth that is to come (Rev. 21:1). Amen!
10:25When the whirlwind passeth, the wicked is no more; But the righteous is an everlasting foundation.
