| Where do we see Jesus? |

26:15 And I said, 'Who are you, Lord?' And the Lord said, 'I am Jesus whom you are persecuting. 26:16 But rise and stand upon your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you to serve and bear witness to the things in which you have seen me and to those in which I will appear to you, 26:17 delivering you from the people and from the Gentiles--to whom I send you 26:18 to open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.' This experience marked a fundamental change in Paul's thinking. His eyes were opened to the fact that when he was persecuting a believer in Christ, he was persecuting Christ himself. This revelation is the thread that runs throughout Pauls' letters to the assemblies. Jesus told Paul that he would be a "witness" to the things in which he had seen Jesus, and that he would be a witness to those (people) in which he would appear to Paul! Haven't you noticed: it's exactly the same with us...Oh, that we would see Him, not only in things but also in people! 1:10 when he comes on that day to be glorified in his saints, and to be marveled at in all who have believed, because our testimony to you was believed. 2 Thessalonians 1:10 (Amplified Bible) When He comes to be glorified in His saints [on that day He will be made more glorious in His consecrated people], and [He will] be marveled at and admired [in His glory reflected] in all who have believed [who have adhered to, trusted in, and relied on Him], because our witnessing among you was confidently accepted and believed [and confirmed in your lives]. When He comes, we come. Blessings! Craig |

| What a wonderful compliment to have someone say, "I see Christ in you.." We look forward to that day that when we see Him we shall be like Him. |

Hi Craig,
Last year there was a young lady with whom I would occasionally share a seat on the train during our commute to and from work. She would often see me reading my bible and I had a chance to witness to her a couple of times, although she admitted that she did not believe. Well, several weeks passed by and I had not seen her on the train. And, during that time I had grown a beard and let my hair get a little longer. Then, out of the blue I bumped into her and she looked at me and these words came out of her mouth, "Wow", she said, "You are even starting to look like Jesus"! That evening I shaved.
I do indeed want people to look at me and see the Jesus in me, but certainly not on me. Or better said, not because they think I resemble their "perception" of who He is.
I see the Christ in you my friend, even through the words you have presented herein.
Thank you,
Michael |

Thanks Michael. In fact, the same it true with you also; and with Joe, Andrew, Dan, and brother Todd. :-) I have seen Him in all of you...I think that's what draws us together...many members but one body. So let us continue to encourage one another's faith! You all are a blessing of Christ to me! Craig |

Great blog Craig. Todd said What a wonderful compliment to have someone say, "I see Christ in you.." I cannot tell you how blown away I am when someone happens to say that to me. It doesn't happen often, but it's a tremendous joy when it does.... We need to continually strive to reflect Christ's character! (Gal 5:22-23) |

Thank you Mike, actually I think it's a great blog too. LOL! That is because I actually know and believe that I didn't get it from myself...He opened the eyes of my understanding to it; so I know when I share these things with the brothers and sisters that they'll see the true source. You know He's your life, it's a given that He would be seen in you Mike. :-) Craig |
