Oh, that we would mix the words of that Psalm with the faith that comes through the Spirit making it a rhema [spoken word] to us!

He is our Shepherd, He makes us lie down in green pastures (bread of life), He leads us by the still waters (Spirit), He restores our soul (mind, will, emotions), and He leads us in the path of life.  His rod and staff comfort us (He is given as head over all things to the assembly which is His body; all His enemies will be made a footstool for His feet).
