Great info Cheryl.  Pondering question though.  How can something simple cure so much?

Thank you for this info Cheryl.  I will add that 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar in a glass of water three times a day also lowers cholesterol and is great for arthritis and a host of other ailments. I applied it to pains I once got from what the podiatrist claimed was gout and it cured whatever it was instantly. So now I use it for anything.  I read where doctors also say it is the best well kept secret miracle for many ailments, even gastric problems.  No wonder it is made from the core of the apples.  An apple a day keeps the doctor away. LOL

Shalom to you my friend

Thanks Cheryl and we knew some of this and are endeavoring to get more honey into our system with cinnamon in our house. We are also great advocates of vinegar and pure olive oil too.
Blessings In Him... :o)

         ALL for Cinnamon & Honey...HONEY...Love Ya  XOXOxo'zz

                                    Early Merry Christmas

One thing doctors and pharmacists never say is that all drugs come from natural elements - plants & minerals.  God was good enough to give us all the remedies we need for the bodies He gave us.  There is also a body of evidence showing curry and other spices can also have positive effects on the body's overall health and wellness.

Trivia:  honey is the only biological substance that does not spoil or decay.

As an aside, I'm a proponent of Paul who said: have a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent illness :)

Like everything, all things in moderation.

Cheryl, I just love that you shared this!  We had an opportunity to do a little research on the benefits of milk -- specifically raw cow's milk (yes, controversial to many -- but we were milking our own cow so knew how to keep things clean and we weren't selling the milk to anyone else) -- which led to some research on the benefits of honey in treating mastitis.  I gotta tell you, when I started reading up on all the amazing things that milk and honey can do, I was shaken.  It made me realize that when God said He was leading His children into the Promised Land -- a land of milk and honey -- it wasn't just about "yummy, that tastes good!" -- it was also about living in such a way that excellent health was a natural response.  God is SO good!

What a blessing that his children have so much wisdom, and that we as a body in Christ can use what he gave us to overcome. God is good and garlic is another good deal too. So, my testimony is that honey has made my skin better, and colds don't sap my energy like they used to, and they don't come as frequently or last that long especially when the cinnamon is utilized with the honey at 1/4 tsp cin. with 1 tblsp. of honey.

What a blessing you all are!  I love the recipes also!

Based on the labeling order on the back of cinnamon, the first ingredient in any product is the primary ingredient.  If cinnamon is listed forst, then it is the main ingredient, others may have been added of course.

Powdered cinnamon is just as good as real cinnamon...it is made from the same plant form, it is in how the ingredients are listed on the back of the bottle due to the percentage of each ingredient in the product.

Sorry, only Jesus can fix a broken heart, but I will be praying....love ya brother.
