I chose the title because like Deut. 4:29, to me, it conveys how amazingly easy it is to follow God. All you have to do is open up your heart to him, then you are one of his followers. From there, you learn from those with wisdom. Always being careful to listen for the small voice of the Holy Spirit so that you are able to discern true Godly wisdom from the wisdom of this world. It is extremely easy to fall victim to desires and selfishness when it comes in the guise of a personal reward. Keep your focus on what your heart and thoughts tell you is right, that is what God built into you, that innate sense of acting according to his will that we call "what's right and what's wrong". We all have it and we are all born with it, that feeling or sense that you get when something is not right. This is the Holy Spirit in you! Accept and respond and you are seeking God and he is seeking you.
4:29 But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul. |
