| AMAZING! 20 Pages in JUST 1 Day... |

20 pages in just 1 day; that is the amount of blogs I just scanned that were written, commented on and/or starred in the last 24 hours. I read through quite a few of them. It's amazing that there can be 20 pages of blogs written by this awesome community is just a mere 24 hours. Has anybody told you all that you are ALL OUTSTANDING?
And some of the best blogs that I read were the ones that had no stars and no comments and very few reads.
I get the feeling that I am missing a lot of GREAT blogs because I just don't have the time each day to scan things like I did today. TYJ for giving me the time to be blessed by so many bloggers' blogs!
I am also feeling that a lot of our members are missing out on this valuable resource; other members' blogs.
Read a few of the blogs that have very little recognition. You might be pleasantly suprised at the wealth of knowledge and understanding that people can write on seemingly non-important and not-very-interesting topics.
Keep on writing, my friends! May God richly bless you!

| Gee, I would have thought closer to 50. I never really counted, but it seems like more than 20. It seems like I get about 10 a day just from the blogs I am subscribed to. |

| A very good suggestion Dave. There are a lot of good writers out there that aren't well known that write some pretty good stuff! |

Hi Angela,
Your blogs do not go un-noticed. Trust me on that. Even in the case where there may only be a single "read" a month after a blog is first posted, I know in my heart that the single reader was EXACTLY who God wanted the blogger to write that blog for. God is an awesome God, our ways are not His ways (like needing to see 500 reads and 50 stars on our blogs - yup, I've been there and done that too - we all strive for attention and acceptance that is physically visible to all - even though God likes to see us do more without the public recognition - which is a two-way street where by you just "doing it" and not looking for feedback and/or returns - just turn it over to God for His mysterious ways) and that is why I know that a single read fulfilled God's Plan!
What a run-on sentence that I am positively sure that is gramatically incorrect. No wonder my college English professor gave me such a hard time. Ha!
Hang in there and keep on blogging! God is using YOU!

Dave, that sentence was 103 words long. That must be a record!
Angela, please forgive us if and when we don't comment. Dave's right -- everything you write on this site is appreciated -- there is almost always someone who reads your blogs and loves them, yet doesn't comment b/c they are shy or not confident that their words will sound a certain way or be taken the way they intend. And of course, there's the most important One we all write for -- God, our Savior. Be blessed, and please keep writing! |
