| Today I Am Four Years Old |

It was 4 years ago today, almost to the minute, that God spoke the words contained in Proverbs 3:5-6 straight to my heart. I was lying on a concrete floor in a homeless shelter broken, busted, homeless, helpless, and hopeless. The cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things had choked out every fiber of the life I thought I once had. The devil had stolen, killed, and was on the verge of destroying.
But praise God for Jesus and the fact that He came to give life. When I saw and heard the words of those verses with the eyes and ears of my heart I immediately bowed the knee and it was right there and then when I got truly born from above!
Jesus shared His birthday with me 4 years ago and He continues to share it each and every moment of each and every day. It is no longer I that live. This life I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God. A life once lost, now found.
Thank you God for caring enough about even a once-wretched sinner like me to send forth the Spirit of your Son into my heart causing me to cry out "Abba Father". This life you have purchased says thank you and Happy Birthday Jesus!

Bro, I have a testimony a mile long. I have a written one that is over 20 full typed pages long. It is posted here on the site but the Lord has really been speaking to me about reducing it to a form that people will actually read. I am also pondering composing a YouTube video.

Praise God, I will be saved 22 years in February it was on a retreat
and the theme of the week-end was II Cornintians 12:9 This verse has always
been special to me.
12:9 And he hath said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for `my' power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
