| Another Christmas Dawn |

Well here it is, another Christmas dawn Presents under the tree, waiting to be opened Family scattered all year long Will come over to open their gifts with faces so forlorn
Some will get depressed to know their gift is not what they wanted Grieving the spirit of the one who presented
I wonder do they know it is not their birthday Perhaps everyone would see the giver of gifts this year In a new and Spiritual way
The presents should not be given to you and me Especially to those who do not believe
I thought to myself, what does Jesus think When He looks down here and sees the selfishness within
Perhaps this year will be different Maybe this year one will renege and give in
Maybe even one will see the light The true gift is not bought with credit card or money. It cost a very high price The true gift was bought with the blood of Jesus the Christ Shed on a hill called Calvary, for you and me honey
Perhaps, just perhaps one will give in To the constant knocking of their heart within It is only Jesus asking, please, may I come in?
The gift He wants to give you is himself. It is His Birthday and He already paid the price Everyone is invited; let us open up the gifts It is already in your Spirit Open up your heart and invite Him inside...
