I had the best call about an hour ago

I haven't talked to my husband since the Sunday after Christmas. He called tonight. He has been reading his bible. He doesn't hate me for running up debt and he still loves me. He also said I am beating myself up too much and offered a few hints about relaxing a bit and working on my issues.

He also invited me to NC for the weekend and I am leaving in the morning. Thank you for your continued prayers. I have a big load off me and am praising the Lord for this beautiful blessing. 

He has openly talked of Jesus tonight on the phone. This is very NEW. Thank you again, for prayers for me and for Jim. I feel like I won a lottery.

Thanks Cheryl, I was on the phone with my dad who is in the hospital or would have posted sooner. I can't quit crying but it is tears of joy.

I am singing praises...feeling a huge weight lifted off. I had a disappointment today when they told me the first surgery schedule date would be the end of March...and I cried then said, NO I will not be defeated. I will talk to her on the 22nd on preop date to see what options, another doctor in the practice or whatever, but need to talk and trust the Lord on that. Then I comforted a girl whose fiance broke off the wedding. I wrote a prayer after lunching with her. I came home and my pipes were frozen again, no water since yesterday and they had not fixed them. I decided to take a shower at the campground showers and not get upset. I thanked the Lord and sang in the shower and came back to having missed his call. I called back and he had the most wonderful happy voice and talked of Jesus. Yeppers, won the lottery. My husband reading the bible and talking of Jesus...this is better than the lottery. Praise the Lord and Amen.

Thank you Lord for my brothers and sisters who believed with me and for me. Thank you for the testimony. I know that I am writing it for other folks out there who have messed up.  Clean in Christ! Amen!

Still no water today. Went to the community shower, put shampoo in my hair and the water stopped before I got it out. I towel dried it soapy, yep and found out all power is out everywhere. I had a bit of battery back up so didn't know. I fixed breakfast for me and a neighbor because I have propane and he brought coffee and we rejoiced together giggling and happy despite no water. He had some water and we had eggs and corn beef hash. I have loaded up my car to go to my husband and the power just came back on. I will shower when I get there as he works till 8 tonight anyway.

Nothing can wipe the grin off my face. I feel CLEAN because I have nothing hidden. I can do this! Today's verse would have freaked me out two weeks ago.

Good to hear this Juanita - Listen...........I went back to bed when Allan got in from work at 630 am. We stayed up together and ate breakfast. Because we can't run our heat here I had a bad nite and no sleep.  IT was so cold inside.....The electric blanket  was doing the best it could....I had a migrane and just went back to bed...

Talked to Laura yesterday - she is going to Greensboro today to pick up the bedroom suit from her moms.

Keep praying and trusting God to move Mountains!!! Only he can!
