When I got the phone call about this on our prayer phone tree, I felt so sad for the missionaries there, the children, and all of you who worked so hard down there a couple of weeks ago.  I'm praying.....

Thank you for posting this...I had not known about this. I am very sad to hear it. I have added them to my prayer list.

Tears once again fill my eyes as I read your blog.  Thanks for taking the time to get the word out.  Ethan and I have been putting together a photo diary of the Kitchen Project completed while the team was in Mexico.  The finished kitchen was beautiful.  Tragedies like this make us realize how temporary “stuff” is.  My drive to see this campus completed is now greater than ever.  Thom – your family is a super blessing!

I look forward to being with the team in Mexico next year.  We, with God’s help and guidance, can rebuild what the tornado destroyed.

Thom,

I, like you, have been praying about this since I was stunned on Thursday by the news.  I feel the same way about our prayer time in Thursday night. I am so blessed to have such good friends that I can meet with and pour out my heart to God.

Love You Guys

I have prayed, cried, and prayed some more about what has occurred in Mexico.  I am trusting that our Lord will take this tragedy and make something even greater than it was before this tornado.  Even though I haven't been able to go to the campus, my heart has been there many times.  I am trusting God to do His will and for me to understand in the process.  Thank you for being there!
