6:3 And let us know, let us follow on to know Jehovah: his going forth is sure as the morning; and he will come unto us as the rain, as the latter rain that watereth the earth.
Let us know and then follow-up on what we know. As we follow-up on what we know we begin to actually know GOD instead of just knowing about Him.

GOD has us covered going and coming.
When I read about Him going forth as the morning I couldn't help but thing that morning is an every day thing. GOD will always lead us.
When I read that he will come to us as the rain I thought how unpredictable rain is. And not. I mean, rain is not a daily occurance. Sometimes weeks can go by without rain. Sometimes it can rain daily for a week or more.
As man has learned to read the information available concerning the atmosphere we have learned to predict rain with some degree of efficiency. When all the conditions are right rain is a sure thing. And so it is spiritually.
GOD knows your "spiritual atmosphere". When all the conditions are right He will come.

When GOD comes into my life it affects those around me. In the same way that when it rains on my yard it also rains on the yards surrounding mine.
