Are we really loving one another?

3:10In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

We cannot be loving one another if we are exclusive.  I have noticed in the Christian community that some people have a checklist of requirements to knowing God.  If they don't pass the checklist then they really can't be in Him and  are ostracized.  Does it really matter?  We are to love EVERYONE, including those that believe differently, the murderer, adulteress.......without judgment. 


3:11 For this is the message which you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another,

To know God is to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ first.  For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever  believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

Get out of our heads and into our hearts.  Jesus is the only way to God, not us.
