Yep, it's time baby!! I have three sizes I would like to lose then I'll be comfortable. Last night I was doing my thing and driving around listening to worship music and singing when I spotted a gym I hadn't checked on yet. SOOOO...you guessed it...and I found a coupon for a FREE week pass!! All about a COUPON!!!! LOL!!! I was a Fitness Instructor in 2005 at a gym and have some back experience in weight lifting. I am excited!!!

Quad/Ham 30X30 Forgot Ab work...just want to tone a little more there. Walking outside X 30min (Gorgeous day, always prefer to be outside vs in)
1/19 Crosstrain: Treadmill/Bike {3.2-3.5} 45 min
1/20 Crosstrain: Bike/Treadmill
1/21 Weights, Elliptical x 20min, program 1 Bike x 10 min, program 3 |

Good for you, Cheryl! I know what you mean about the ourdoors! I've been running lately on the treadmill, after two recent dog attacks that have left me timid of the great outdoors, but I HAVE to get over that soon and get bck into the fresh air, even in this cold! |

| Good Cheryl. I'm all about that exercise. You cannot eat, eat and eat some more without exercise. My husband and I walk outside and on rainy use the treadmill each day. This should be an encouragement to our blogger. God told us in His Word that above all He wanted us to prosper and be in good health as our soul prospers. Be a good steward over your body. The enemy wants to keep us bond with this extra weight so our lives will be shortened. He tempted Eve with food in the Garden of Eden. Surely, he is still up to his old tricks again. Everyone of us should try to do at 15 minutes of walking each day. Know that this body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. I teach this at work daily. Our children today are very much obese and we as parents need to show them by example and to stop buying all of that junk food. I work as a pediatric nurse now and I see this every day. I could tell you a lot being a nurse but if this next generation of kids don't change their eating habits. There will be a generation of diabetics, hypertension and other illnesses. This is not a game that we are playing. It's our lives and the lives of our children. The FDA is not concerned about what they put in foods. So be extra careful what you eat and read the labels. There is trans fats in many food that is not labeled trans fat. It's ' called hydrogenated, When you see that. DO NOT EAT IT. You will find it a lot in margarine which is bad for you. So be careful. |

Mary, Amen lady!! As you know, I have 8 yrs of Nursing background and 17 yrs in the Pharmacy industry, due to my level of education in nutrition I became a Fitness Instructor and teach women how to take care of themselves; it is true...thanks for your work lady!! xoxo

| I did weights for a short stint when I was 17, but then moved away, so that was that. I encourage you in this, Cheryl! And I, too am all about coupons! WOOT! lol You can do it!!!!!!! |
