| A Dream Walking in the Earth |

| As many of you have been doing as of late, I have been bathing in all of the information swirling around the inauguration of our first African American President, Barack Obama. As I watched the news this morning, I was hit with an astounding revelation. Watching the news, I observed a man (whose name, forgive me, escapes me at this moment) who marched with King on that wonderful day in August of 1963. He got emotional as he thought about this day today: A day where he would stand -- where he once stood 45 years ago to hear King and his famous "I Have A Dream" speech -- watching Obama take that most sacred oath for the highest seat of all the land of the earth in the shadow of the Lincoln Memorial. It was then that it HIT me and chills ran through my body: 45 years ago??????!?!?!?! 45 years ago??!?!?!? Do you know what this means???? It means that that of which Martin Luther King Jr. spoke of as a "dream" HAD ALREADY TAKEN SHAPE AND MANIFESTED IN THE EARTH!!!! Obama, though only a toddler at the time of King's speech, had already been birthed into the earth. Our omniscient God, having already ordained him to do what He is getting ready to do TODAY, had ALREADY begun His work -- while King was alive and working --concerning "the dream" that Martin Luther King had. His dream, my God, already had legs and was walking around in the earth!!!!!!! I was almost moved to tears as I thought of this! We often think that the physical manifestations of the "dreams" that God gives to our great men and woman are for the generations in the future, long after we have passed on. But many of those who suffered through the time of Martin Luther King are STILL here to bear witness to the dream. Not only can you bear witness, you must understand that King's Dream was already among you in flesh even THEN! This should bring us great joy as we continue to dream our own great dreams. The dreams we have concerning our fates, our destinies, our children, our families. Our God, who has promised to fulfill his every promise, is even NOW manifesting the substance of our dreams. We just need but look, keep the faith, nurture the promise, and do the work necessary to bring it forth! Each and every one of you are here for a reason. You are here for God's own purpose. For God, we are ALL dreams walking in the Earth. What will YOU do to fulfill God's dream concerning you? Are YOU a dream come true? |

I am not a Dream come True, Yet. It is in process. My dreams were hindered and trampled on. I have a New Hope, New Dreams, New Faith. God's Will for my Dreams, will be fulfilled in His Time and I'm excited and ready for My New Journey. |

| Yes Lara. It does really make me think. My point is that we all have God given dreams that are in us and upon us. My blog was NOT a political statement (as some people seem to think). It makes me sad that people still choose to not see God's potential coursing through all of humanity. He has already given to us all that we need to expand to our highest potential. We just need to see and use what he gave us. It makes me sad that some people choose to see in black and white and gray's instead of the vibrancy of colors that God has implanted in the earth.
Yes My Sister, Dream VERY big. Because, regardless of what some may think of this history making moment, it is indeed a dream come true for those who lived, bled and died to see it come to pass. And God is not "surprised" by what has happened. Scripture says that HE is in control of -- and appoints -- the powers that reside on and in the earth.
Therefore, I will choose to do what Thessalonians 1 told us to do: " ENCOURAGE one another (do not tear down) and build each other up"As I told you once before, you have a great ministry inside of you girl! GO FOR IT! GO FOR IT!!!! |

Thank You Alli, I really do feel that my Journey is just beginning.
I Love what God is doing with me and for me. I am in a peaceful
place in 2009 and encouragement like this is so much appreciated.
Increased Faith has Increased my Praise. I am moving Mountains.

Oooh Terry! I like the sound of those words! PEACE is such a precious thing in this age and time. Seek it with all of your heart . . . I am SO glad that you are in a peaceful place (for there is nothing like it!). It is something that eludes my grasp far too often, I'm afraid. But I love it when it settles in for a spell!
The treasure that is in you is already shining forth as pure gold! It is going to be glorious when it is fully revealed!
