God is With Us

This is a scripture that I use alot, but for some reason the verse changes from my profile page to the blog page. This is the way it shows on my profile...

"When I am afraid, I will trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can mortal man do to me?"

I take refuge in knowing God is truly for me.



56:3 56:2my enemies trample upon me all day long, for many fight against me proudly. 56:4 56:3When I am afraid, I put my trust in thee.

Thanks Melodie For the great verse, especially I think this verse is important because I get so caught up somedays in what is stressful for me and I take my eyes off others who maybe struggling or more likely are really struggling. I am reading a great book by Beth Moore entitled Get out of that Pit and in todays reading she just happening to be talking about Barbie Dolls, I just find that God will bring things into our day that help us with whatever we are currently working on in my case the Ladies Retreat. Melodie I hope you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and if I don't often say it YOU HAVE A BIG HEART........I love you See you tonight Lori
