| Prayer CHANGES Things!!! I am ready to CHANGE and PRAY! |

This morning was sort of restless. I was awakened at 3:11, 4:38 and then again at 5:28 am. I figured I would turn on the tv and watch the news. I could not find the remote! A few moments of searching and I clearly heard the Lord say "PRAY"! I could have turned the tv on by hand of course but GOD demanded that I pray.
While doing so, the Holy Spirit told me to specifically to pray for the protection of Louis, Michael and Joe. I did not realize until I got a call from them why I was directed to do so. Don't get me wrong, I do pray for their protection at school and at home daily, usually at the door as we leave or after dropping them off to school in the morning. I'll be honest, prayer has usually been quick, short, on the go, in the van, where ever I can "fit it in". GOD PLEASE FORGIVE ME!
Joe called to tell me that after getting Mike and Lou from school today, a car veered out of control in reverse ran up the hill onto school property and hit a school bus full of children, parked near the entrance.Had it not been for a car making a u-turn in front of them, they would have been directly in the path of this out of control car!!!
THANK GOD NOT A CHILD ON THE BUS, ON THE GROUNDS, MY PRECIOUS CARGO NOR THE LADY DRIVING THE CAR WERE INJURED IN ANY WAY!! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!
THANK GOD FOR HIS PERFECT TIMING!!!! I am not exactly a baby in Christ and I know the importance of prayer but this really got my attention. I know that Jesus is a fence all around us but I know that prayer changes things.
God, I thank you for calling me out of my slumber this morning, Holy Ghost, I thank you for guiding my prayer this morning, Jesus, I thank you that we have the authority, by way of your word and prayer to call you into action. In know you could have done it anyway but this was a lesson I had to learn today. I am ready to and will CHANGE AND PRAY |
