| This World So Wide |

Trapped inside this world so wide So wide yet so confined Contained within this little world This world I call my mind My mind it tends to wander Not far yet out of sight If I could see within myself My mind just might get right
But this world does not agree The world is but a theft My mind it tries to occupy In hopes I will be left
Left behind it has in mind The world cares not of me It lures me in with thoughts of sin The sin from which I’m free
But I stand strong The word’s not wrong I believe it’s every line Victory overcomes me now As I renew my mind
