WOW!  Where could I go with this verse?  I don't know about you, but I find it very hard to love some people.  Especially those who are arrogant, know-it-all types.  I am sure you know some of them.  These are the ones that if you told them the sky was blue, they would argue with you and say they know better, that is is grey. How about those who know everything, for instance; you read about a certain situation and try to discuss it with them and they know why, where and when it could all be handled, they know everything.  Then of course, there are those who just crate your nerves because of their attitude.  Now don't get me wrong, everyone has always told me I had an attitude, in fact I have several BIG DOG shirts that state that fact.  But some people just don't know when to stop.  The other day a young lady and I had a heavy discussion.  I had purchased something and she declared that I had taken it from her stash of goodies, which of course, I did not.  So when she came in and just grab the bag, I went crazy, after all no one takes my things. and gets away with it.  Whoa!  Now you see what I mean.  I don't think that I "hate" people, it's that just sometimes I really don't like them a lot.  But if I were to look at the scripture here, wouldn't that almost be the same.  This month is nationally known as 'love' month, a time of sharing your true feelings toward someone special.  What if we were to make that feeling toward everyone we meet?  WOW what a concept!  Serioulsy though folks, I do have to remember who I belong to and what HE did for me, and in doing that I must remember that my feelings of total dislike or disgust toward some people are wrong, so I have to asked the LORD to forgive me daily and help me see what HE sees in everyone that I meet.  In doing that I realize that HE sees something special, something worth while, after-all, HE did the same for me.  "Love, love, love, love what the world needs now is love, Love thy neighbor as thy brother, love, love, love."  Let's show some love, why don't you???  Love and prayers, mjrdad <><
