What a week, has yours been busy too? You know, I can see through every step that God has been with me this past week. From almost getting rear-ended. To not finding my daughter for 3 minutes, which would raise any good mother's blood pressure! {We just meet at the wrong hallway, communication is great huh??} To finding bargains while I penny pinch and job hunt still. Even in the early budding trees, you can see the Maker's handy work.
I went over, several times, what to title this lesson. i wanted a title for some reason. I thought about:
He Loves YOU!!
Your Valentine's sweetheart
Just trust Him
Moment-by-moment blessings!
Nothing seems to wrap around the total meaning of what I want to convey as I type this. So maybe all of them.... and the ultimate title would simply be...Love.

1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you that ye may not sin. And if any man sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 2:2 and he is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for the whole world. 2:3 And hereby we know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 2:4He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him; 2:5but whoso keepeth his word, in him verily hath the love of God been perfected. Hereby we know that we are in him: 2:6he that saith he abideth in him ought himself also to walk even as he walked. The greatest love that was ever given to man was the gift of Jesus. As mentioned in the first Bible study, Jesus came to save you from your sins, and with that it includes walking in victory in your daily life. This victory is a down-to-earth resurrected walk with Christ. It is where the rubber meets the road on daily choices, habits, sins, though-processes and your heart condition. As you know, the blood of Jesus washes away these sins but it does so much more. When we come to the knowledge that we are a sinner and turn to God, ask Jesus to come into our lives and to clean us up, we have the greatest love relationship by walking in truth now.
If someone says they belong to God but the fruit they show is not something God would approve of.....like the list in Galatians 5:19-21 and Ephesians 4:25-32 then one needs to look carefully at their heart condition with the Lord. We are all growing, but when we know the truths in God's word, we are accountable and the truth sets us free.
Many ladies had many many messages and they just delighted my day! i am excited about this study, however; I still feel an urgency from the Lord for each of us to look into our hearts this Valentine's weekend and search it as we pray like King David did in Psalms, 'Search me, O Lord, and create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me.' Would you do that this week.
God lead me to this burden for us today by showing me many people whom you could 'see' through their family situation and they were involved in many practices and things that were not pure. One moment having one foot on this side of the fence and then the next asking God to step in and help them on this side of the fence. This does not mean we are perfect, or walking every step in a holy way, but it means your heart is pure and open to the Holy Spirit for the HS to show you things to remove from your life as we grow closer to the Lord.
In closing, God just gave me this verse to end the Bible Study with. I am fasting on Saturday and invite you also to fast; spend time through out the day in silent communion with the Lord as you go about your daily activities. Search the Lord and be open to Him searching your heart, He can be trusted...to create a clean heart in you for abundant living and a joyful, peaceful home. For this is love!
4:17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye no longer walk as the Gentiles also walk, in the vanity of their mind, 4:18 being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their heart; 4:19 who being past feeling gave themselves up to lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. 4:20 But ye did not so learn Christ; 4:21 if so be that ye heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus: 4:22that ye put away, as concerning your former manner of life, the old man, that waxeth corrupt after the lusts of deceit; 4:23 and that ye be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 4:24 and put on the new man, that after God hath been created in righteousness and holiness of truth. | I LOVE it when I SEE it so clearly that God is with me step by step. Those are my best times in Him. Though I know He will never leave us nor forsake us (Heb. 13:5) and He sticketh closer than a brother (Prov. 18:24), I love the moments when I know that I know that I know, he was right there! Very powerful article sister Chery and reveals to us how a Christian must react to situations in life and be led by the Spirit... To manifest God's love we must experience God's love... God woke me up at 2 AM and lead me to this study. It is my heart I have been evaluating on my journey and it's so much here I'm relating to, As part of my journey, I am to develop a closer relationship with God, increase my faith and take back the peace and joy the devil stole from me. My prayer is for a Clean Heart...

Terry, you are Remarkable! I am standing with you and God has you covered.
Prayer: In Jesus name, Father I come to you and ask that you hold all of your children in your hand. Open the eyes and heart of those that need a new heart created in them. Our world and even Christians like to make it to where there must be something wrong with someone for wanting a new heart and a right spirit within them, However, when someone has gone through a trauma, it is usually the opposite in their walk. Compassion, understanding, love, grace is needed just like we {I} needed as I accepted your ways into my life Lord. Those ways and the peace the came with following you was abundant . When you have been in a trauma, the new heart and spirit you are searching for usually and simply is God's path for your life now that you are at this point in your life. Very seldom is it from sin. And if so, big deal! Who can cast the first stone. Father, you have called these readers to your blog, may your will be done. In Jesus name. Amen. |

I have to make a conscious effort to pray every day, for
a clean heart and a right spirit within me. No one will do it for me.
Without the love of God in my heart I would be a wreck.
Without Him, I would have no peace. Without the leading of the Holy Spirit,
I would have no direction.
All that I am and all that I aspire to be,
is because of His love for me.
He paid a debt He did not owe,
His blood He shed, was for me, so I can live my life in victory!!
