I fully agree with this blog. Confidence is the same as faith when it boils down to it. Some say they have faith but do they have faith to the point they have confidence? For many that is a no. It's just somewhere we all need to grow. I find that many are worried to give but really if it is given the Lord shall provide. There is no need to worry. I had a small collision driving a car into an old pole. People treated me bad because I wasn't the least bit worried. People kept telling me that I needed to grow up and realize what the repercussions are. I felt like telling those people that they needed to grow up and realize how big my God is who shall provide for my every need. I refuse to worry. I will carry all to my Lord because there is none other who can supply my need and take away my burdens. In a way I feel they were persecuting me for not being worried. In then end everything has worked out and there was good found in it. 1: my encounter moved the pole so now someone else won't hit it, 2: due to a bug that lives in the state the new bumper was a needed change.

Amen Tyler! In a world where all around us seems to be crumbling, it is so wonderful to know that our great God loves and cares for us and He will never leave us, nor forsake us (Hebrews 12:6) . He cares so much about us that even the very hairs on our head are numbered! (Matthew 10:30)  He loves us right down to the very last detail and saves every tear in a bottle (Psalm 56:8). Let us not grow weary in well doing, for in due season, we shall reap if we faint not (Galatians 6:9). God is so wonderful and our CONFIDENCE in Him will be richly rewarded (Hebrews 10:35).

These blogs about the overseas work (in Kenya) are so valuable....they are a definite reminder that American Christianity is only one small part of a worldwide perspective. Thanks Penny!

Thank Mike n Laura. Sometimes, I feel a bit guilty for sending so many blogs on Kenya but God has given me this passion and fire for this country and these people so I must be obedient. Also, I believe despite all the problems in North America at this juncture in our history, we are still very spoiled compared to the poor in the world. It is a good thing to be reminded of those who walk the faith journey in other lands. Unless people know what is going on they may never learn what our brothers and sisters need of us.

Do not know how I missed this blog, so I am glad you mentioned it on updated memo.  Am continuing to keep the ministry of Pastor Jonah & Brother Thomas in prayer before the Lord.  Praising Jesus for what He has already done.  God bless you.  These blogs do need to be posted, my sister.  May God's blessings pour out on those who are financially giving to these ministries, in the name of Jesus.  We do praise You Lord.

Thank you PB for reading and for keeping these brothers in prayer. Praise God he is indeed moving on behalf of these dear ones! Thank you too for the encouragement and I also pray God's blessings upon those who have sown into the missions thus far. The work of their hands shall be abundantly manifested. Amen!
