I can only imagine that Father knew how hard it would be for us to humble ourselves, even with the promise that when we do, He will lift us up! Yesterday was a day when we at New Life got to experience the lifting up from Father God. When our dear sister lost her eyesight in her left eye during communion (it was real and it wasn't going away by itself) our first inclination would have been to become fearful, which some did, including my dear sister (wouldn't you?) But instead we choice, as a congregation to submit our fears and human understanding to the Lord of Hosts.  We continued on the path we were on (through Pastor and a few other trusted people in our church) the Lord gave instruction. No matter how weird the instruction may have sounded we humbled ourselves, submitted to the leading of His Spirit and we were rewarded with our sister being healed and lifted up. We were all lifted up, our faith grew by leaps and bounds. God performed a miracle. We had just listened to Pastor reading the chapter in "Azuza Street, They told Me their stories" of how God in the miraculous, healed people's sight, speach, missing limbs, etc. My prayer as we were listening was, "Father, I need to witness a miracle and so does our congregation." And lo and behold, just as His Word says, He heard, He answered, He healed!!! And I believe this is only the beginning, He is pouring out His Glory!  As we continue to humble ourselves and seek only to glorify Jesus and see to accomplishing the will of Father, I believe we will experience more and more miracles.     Humbly I come to You and I know You satisfy..........expecting the best from Father, Pastor LeeAnne
