| Narnia: More Than Meets The Eye |

| Narnia is an imaginary place created by C.S. Lewis, who also wrote The Screwtape Letters. He worked with J.R.R. Tolkien, writer of many books. Oops! Better get back to Narnia! As I was saying, Narnia is a magical place where (in the story) Aslan a.k.a. Jesus, who is a lion, makes Narnia, Calomen, and the Wild Lands of the North. Aslan makes Narnia and all the animals by singing, as Polly said, (a human, "imported" into Narnia by magic rings) "out of the lion's head." Why am I typing about Narnia on MyChurch? Because Narnia is sort of like bible times! The Deep Magic is God's rules. Aslan is a picture of Jesus. Yes, Aslan dies on the Stone Table and is raised back to life. This is a really good series of books. In order they are: The Magician's Nephew, The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe, The Horse And His Boy, Prince Caspian, The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader, and The Last Battle. Disney made a movie out of The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, and it is cool! I hope that you guys out there will read and watch The Chronicles Of Narnia! -JesusFreak |

Jesus freak? Have you read them all? I read the first one to my son when he was younger and later he got them all in a set. He loved them. HE's in the 11th grade now and still talks about them. is youth group went to see the movie together when it came out last year. He even took a few unsaved friends from school with him. C.S. Lewis is an amzazing author. As you get older i bet you'll branch out into his other works. Keep Seeking HIM! :) In Christ |

Hello, PURE! Yes, I've read them all. In fact, I read all 7 of them in 1 week or so! I got them when I was 7, from my Sunday School teacher. I read them OVER and OVER and OVER again! We have the DVD of ~The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe~. I LOVE IT! Boy, Walt Disney Pictures has really grown up! Thanks for the compliment about an 'amazing kid.' Got2go!
