| Tuesday's Intercessory Prayer |

I want to start by saying if you haven't been to an intercessory prayer meeting, you're missing out on an incredible time to bless the Lord, and in return to BE blessed. Last night there were 17 adults there praying together for 7 specific things: spiritual breakthrough for the church and for each member, financial breakthrough for the church and each member, (including that the new building be completely paid for), miracles to manifest in the church and in the lives of our members, and spiritual and economic breakthrough for Ouachita County.
We started off with a little worship and then dove in to prayer (mostly in the Holy Ghost). As I was praying the Lord reminded me, "The Holy Spirit will bring to remembrance the things I've said to you." So I get down to #7 on the list for Ouachita County and He reminds me in His word... 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
So because we are humbling ourselves in prayer and believing Him for breakthrough in THIS county, he will hear from heaven and heal "our land!"
I thought of a broadcast that I saw this Monday on NBC's Today Show called Best Places to Live. http://video.msn.com/v/us/msnbc.htm?g=e017b2d3-4f6e-4abe-aa9b-334dce75f982&f=00&fg= It pulled information from Money Magazine that said the top 100 places to live have "the best combination of economic opportunity, good schools, safe streets, things to do and a real sense of community." Those towns had between 7,500 and 50,000 in population. Did you notice that the low end was only 7,500! Camden (Ouachita County) can become one of those best places to live if we continue to pray for our city. Our local government, schools and systems need to be saturated in prayer for this to happen. I'm praying for our city to have the best.
Another scripture He gave me was... 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!
I'ts going to take unity for us to see our city effected and changed! We are banding together and believing God for change in this place. "One can put a thousand to flight, two can put ten thousand..." Let do this thing! It's go time!

Pastor - "Do the job that you were called to do. The pinky can't do the job of the thumb."
Alicia - "Don't worry... if He can do it for us, He'll do it for you."
Let's all look forward to Sunday's services. Pastor David can't wait! Who knows what God is going to do next?! |

| That is awesome! I am so glad that you wrote all of this down for us so that the enemy can't come and steal our promises! Thank you, Dawn! Now I can come back and read it over and over as a reminder and put it into my spirit. Great job! |

Dawn,
If that doesn't agree with my spirit, nothin' does. I just put together a plan for the projects in Camden and passed it to a person who can possibly get something done. The schools comment was right on track. We have the ability and the want to, we simply need community support. I will attach the plan. Pray over it please, that it will come to fruition. And Keith is right...YOU ROCK! Thanks for the researched based word of God. Helps the logical side of me!
I am going to e-mail the plan it didn't attach. Also, if you have time and believe that any additions or changes need to be made, I would appreciate you input.
