To do good to those who do good to you is the easy part. But try and persuade yourself to do good to anyone who is rude, awful and hateful to you. Someone who talks mean about you or is just literally a mean person.
Trying to find Jesus in this kind of person is probably the hardest thing you will ever do.

I agree. To love someone who doesn't care about themselves let alone anyone else is truely a test of ones faith. Nevertheless, I think it is our Christian duty to try and find a way. From personal experience, I have found that often these types of people feel "no ones care about me, why should I care about you". which is a valid point. I guess the trick is to try and let them know you care and let God do the rest.  Granted, there are those who truely enjoy hurting others or taking advantage of others for their own gain.  Thankfully these kinds of people constitute only a small minority of the greater general population. Only God can touch such a person and all we can do is pray for them.
