As christians we face many problems, and or opportunities. Why is it that in some churches, christians do not talk to each other because thay are mad at some one. Some christians even have arrogant attitudes, proud spirits and so on......Is that Love? Was Christ Love.......?
Lets see what Paul says to the christians at Corinth 13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become [as] sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 13:2 And though I have [the gift of] prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. 13:3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed [the poor], and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. 13:4 Charity suffereth long, [and] is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 13:5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; 13:6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 13:7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. 13:8 Charity never faileth: but whether [there be] prophecies, they shall fail; whether [there be] tongues, they shall cease; whether [there be] knowledge, it shall vanish away. 13:9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. Paul shows us in this passage that with love we will, and can fix most of the problems and opportunities that we as christians face in life. If we have the mind of Christ, and we are move with compassion through His love as Jesus was, our outcome in live will mirror Jesus life. The Bible says "love will cover a mulitude of sins" and it will. Just remember its not only your sins it will cover, but the love you show others will cover their sins. Even though you can't forgive sins, you can help cover peoples bad attitudes and so on with Christ's love that is in you!!!!
By this you shall know that men are my disciple, if they have love one for another....can you say you are a disciple, if you do not have love? The answer is no, without love it is impossible to please God....for God is really love.........Its a simple answer to all of our problems, but so difficult to do sometimes....
Try and love someone today who is hard to love....God did, and it was you....."yet while we were still sinners, He died for you and me"!!!!!!
