We need to resort to the Holy Spirit in order to deny our flesh and walk with His direction. PS 32:8
| I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye. and most importantly |
| 1Cr 15:31 | I affirm, by the boasting in you which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily. | 1Cr 15:32 | If, in the manner of men, I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantage [is it] to me? If [the] dead do not rise, "Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die! |
| 1Cr 15:33 | Do not be deceived: "Evil company corrupts good habits." |
| 1Cr 15:34 | Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak [this] to your shame. |
| 1Cr 15:35 | But someone will say, "How are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come?" |
| 1Cr 15:36 | Foolish one, what you sow is not made alive unless it dies. |
| 1Cr 15:37 | And what you sow, you do not sow that body that shall be, but mere grain--perhaps wheat or some other [grain]. |
| 1Cr 15:38 | But God gives it a body as He pleases, and to each seed its own body |
| 1Cr 15:39 | All flesh [is] not the same flesh, but [there is] one [kind] [of] flesh [fn] of men, another flesh of animals, another of fish, [and] another of birds. |
| 1Cr 15:40 | [There are] also celestial bodies and terrestrial bodies; but the glory of the celestial [is] one, and the [glory] of the terrestrial [is] another |
| 1Cr 15:41 | [There is] one glory of the sun, another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for [one] star differs from [another] star in glory. |
So praise Jesus once and for all we by His blood are saved from the lake of fire, but are new creations in Him who gave His life for us. Jhn 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends. |
20:24 But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may accomplish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. |
