I really don't get this verse....could someone please explain it to me! I'm a little confused........
4:4 Unfaithful creatures! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
It's talking about being faithful to God. We can't have a true relationship with God and live for the world at the same time, disobeying God's commandments. Like trying to serve two master's, you will be faithful only to one. Which one are you choosing to serve, God or the World. I hope this helps...
