They're still there.  Just click on 'Subscriptions' (along your navigation) or 'Subscriptions' in the What's Fresh section.  Then you can toggle over to your Starred view. :)

So the 'Subscriptions' on your What's Fresh section will only show you a snippet.  You want to click on the 'Subscriptions' at the upper portion, along the dark navy blue row.

From there, do you see the 'Starred' link at the far right?
