Yes, Liz. It is easy to say and harder to do. I've found it best when I soak myself in God's promises. One I've found especially helpful is "For God hath not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind". (2 Timothy 1:7).  If God doesn't give us fear that means that Satan does.

When fear comes to me I reject it, I bind it and I claim the Word of God out loud for myself.No matter how many times I have to do it. His Word is perfect and it doesn't come back void.

"So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." Isaiah 55:11
