I thank God for the truth. Whenever this world tries to deceive me, I know the truth. Whenever the world wants me to do things I don't believe, I know the truth. The truth may not make me rich, but it does give me power!  There are those who will say, "I didn't lie" and they may be right, but they just didn't tell you the truth. God has told us the truth. Whether we choose to live by that truth is up to us, but when I come to a crossroads, I don't have to stumble or wonder which road to take....I just take the road to truth. But if I should ever falter, I just think, "What would Jesus do?" and think of the truth and the choice is usually right there ready to bite me on the nose. The way things are now, the truth is easy to spot because in this world, the truth is much too simple for some, and boring to others....so the world changes and bends the truth to make it fit their lifestyles. But, God put his word, the truth, in this imperfect world so we would have something to hang onto. He won't change that, we can count on it when we can't count on the "whats in it for me" world we live in today. So when in doubt, just choose the truth-it will set you free!
