| New Orleans Mission Trip - T Minus 5 days and counting |

For those of you who don't know, our church youth group is going to New Orleans, LA, for a missions trip and rebuilding project. We will leave this coming Friday July 27. We will spend about a week there, doing street witnessing, door-to-door ministry, rebuilding projects, Vacation Bible School, prayer walks, and other works of service to the local community and support to the local churches. I will be participating in the trip, along with my daughter and MyChurch member Misakichi.
I am not sure what kind of Internet Access I'll have there, but assuming I do, I will be posting updates during the week. Please keep the mission and our team in prayer.

| You have our prayers for God's blessing on you trip. Thank you for your heart to serve the folks of the southern gulf region for God's glory. A thought about posting updates. In previous trips we found ourselves so busy working that sending updates was almost impossiable. We designated a person at home to post updates to our church family and mychurch. We communicated with them each day via cell phone and they handled the posting. This freed us up to keep ministering. Just a suggestion. Once again God Bless you for your compassion! | Mark, thanks so much for your suggestion - that makes a lot of sense. I will probably ask Voice to post a few notes for me during the week, and follow-up with details when I get home. I will still try to post *some* info 'real time', though, if I'm able. |
