I have always loved the people at Parkway, I went there when I was a kid, I got people like David Barwick and Ronny Cooksy as my root system from there, however I never dreamed that I would be back at Parkway. six years ago God led me to another Church where I became a Sunday school teacher and an Exhorter, yet in the process of all of that, I felt like something was still there at Parkway for me. Two years ago I started seeing visions of me preaching at Parkway behind the pulpit. immediantly I contacted the now former Pastor, He refused to let me preach, three or four times I approached Him and was turned down. then boom! Dale Bange see;s me in Wal mart and says come and preach for me, I have preached for Him about six times now! then the MIP comes up and I have to leave the other Church, while deciding what to do, My uncle who attended Parkway went to Heaven and I met a God-Send named Chris Crane (Current Pastor) and began interning under Him. it is no accident that God has sent me to Parkway again, it is no accident that I stay awake at night thinking and praying about her, it is no accident that after all this time I want to still see her full, full of people, full of the Holy Spirit, full of life. I have become a man pocessed burning with obcession of fiery Revival of which the world has never seen, and I can't explain it but I believe that this Church is where it will happen! to all of the members who attend this church, you are a Church with a destiny Jeremiah 29:11 I know the thoughts I have toward you says the Lord, thoughts of peace, not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. you are Parkway Church Of God, A church of Destiny. |
