Allan smoked when I met him Juanita. Not long after we married he got the Commit lozenges and was smoke free in about 30 days or less. He now wishes he had never started. Not sure how long Jim has been smoking but Allan was 39 when I met him and he had been smoking since he was in high school. Not good with his asthma and it only made the COPD worse. I fear one day Allan will have to seek disability. He still is awaiting to hear from the workers comp attorney on the case from the accident 2 years ago. His numbness continues to get worse and he has more headaches more frequently now. So much going on but this too shall pass.

I hate you are having to drive so far to work Juanita...Was being transferred not an option?

So pleased you are at peace & also pleased that you are going to rest.  It is absolutely wonderful that Jim is wanting to go to church every other Sunday.  Praise the Lord for your reconciliation.  God is sooo good, isn't he?

How funny to praise God that your husband uses his hand for an ashtray but it truly blesses me that he is inconveniencing himself to wean himself off as he believes God told him to. :)
