Coming to the end of ourselves seems to be very hard.  We are fond of keeping part of us in charge, even if it is to say that we are trying to give all to Jesus but He apparently isn't too fond of us because He hasn't taken us over.  Of course, He never takes us over, He lives in us and ask us to put Him on ourselves.  When we surrender our all to Jesus, we are truely free and very useful to Him.  I ask, tongue in cheek, are we to really expect to have joy and singing?  Sure we are!    Who can give me some scriptures about having joy and singing in our lives?  Thanks Pastor Jo for starting this discussion.
