| A letter to Tammy |

Brethren, Tammy is a woman that lives in Missouri, the neice of my dear friend Evangelist Louella stuart. Tammy has been in and out of jail repeatedly over the last number of years and she does well to seek Christ when she is in jail but as soon as she gets out she goes around her old friends and goes right back into her mess. this is the letter I wrote to her. I will be mailing it today.
Tammy,
You may not know me but in the same way I don’t know you, but I know about you. I’m Louella Stuart’s Pastor Rev. Jesus Ramos Jr. Most of what I have heard is not very good but that is really none of my business. My business is to speak and preach the truth the same way that I live it. Not all Christians are phonies. There are many of us that are the real deal. Whether you believe it or not I know what you are going through. Even while I have been serving God I went through a period of ups and downs and I never really understood why. The reason is very simple. It is sin working in us. Even when we accept Christ there are still things from our past life that remain. God leaves them there to see whether or not we are going to serve him.
Deuteronomy 8:1-3; Israel, do you want to go into the land the LORD promised your ancestors? Do you want to capture it, live there, and become a powerful nation? Then be sure to obey every command I am giving you. Don't forget how the LORD your God has led you through the desert for the past forty years. He wanted to find out if you were truly willing to obey him and depend on him, so he made you go hungry. Then he gave you manna, a kind of food that you and your ancestors had never even heard about. The LORD was teaching you that people need more than food to live--they need every word that the LORD has spoken.
I worked in Christian drug programs for more than 12 years and I saw a lot of people come and go but the worst thing I remember is how many people I would be speaking to one day and then have to go see them in a box in the funeral parlor a few weeks later. Tammy, you haven’t been playing games with God. You have only been fooling yourself. You think that all you have to do is go through the motions, pray and read the bible and God is so good that he is going to forgive you and you can go right back into your mess.
The only reason you are alive right now is because there is a call on your life but God can call anyone. There is already someone lined up to replace you. If you don’t answer your call this time God will remove you and that is when your problems will begin. If you think you have it bad now, things can get a whole lot worse real quick. You can be just another one of those rebellious disobedient children that will open your eyes and find yourself in a horrible smelling place. There will be a smell of burning rotted flesh and a heat that is beyond your ability to stand. There are worms that live in the fire that will dig into your flesh and the sound of crying and screaming is like insanity. It is the city of woes and all hope will be lost. All you will remember is all the opportunities that you had to make things right.
The strongest man that ever lived kept playing around with sin until one day his sin caught up with him. Once the source of his strength was revealed the Spirit of God departed from him and then his eyes were put out and he became a prisoner of the devil. Tammy, this may be the last opportunity that you will ever get. God is not willing to see anyone perish but because of you many people have ended up in hell. You might say how is that possible? That is very simple; when you play Christian people are watching you. Then they see you when you go back to your sin and then you do it over and over again so they think that is what being a Christian is like and they imitate you. So instead of leading people to Christ you are leading them to the devil, because if you are not serving God the way you should that is who you are serving. There is nothing else besides God and the devil except the demons and the angels and they all have their jobs to do but we have our jobs to do as well.
You have some tough choices to make. Everything in life is based on choices. You can choose to listen to me or you can choose to reject what I wrote here. That is up to you. I did my part by writing to you. If you want to write back you are more than welcome to but if all you are going to do is talk junk you might as well just crumble up this letter and throw it away and forget that I ever wrote to you. Just remember that God has warned you several times and you have not listened and if this is the last warning then your blood is on your own hands.
You should see Louella. She has been completely transformed. Her body has been completely healed and for the past 3 years she has not missed a bible study or a church service. She hasn’t smoked since she came out here and she has never had another drink or anything else. She doesn’t even see a therapist or take any more psych meds. The word of God has power and if you choose to live right God can do the same and even more for you. Again that is your choice. Life and death is in your hands right now. You decide how it goes from here on out. Those old friends have never done you any good except to bring you down into their mess. This has nothing to do with them but if you are going to move ahead you are going to have to let them go. If you don’t it will just be a matter of time before you go right back to what you were doing, if you even get that far. You might not live long enough to find out.
Isaiah 1:18-20; Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
This is all I have to say Tammy. I will either see you walking on the streets of gold or you will be burning in the lake of fire. You decide where you want to end up. If you want to walk on the streets of gold you have to do a lot better than you have already pretend to do. If you want to end up in the lake of fire just stay the way you are and keep doing what you have been doing all this time. You will find all of your old friends there with you screaming and crying. They will never stop asking you why you did not warn them about that place. The only party in hell will be a barbecue and the only thing cooking will be human flesh. Bye for now Tammy. God bless you.

May I copy this and mail this to my sister-in-law. She too like Tammy seeks God only when she is trapped behind bars. She is serving time again and her name is Julie and we are praying for her to be serious with God, He will not be mocked.
I pray Tammy will find a true relationship with Jesus Christ. Maybe if she realizes many are called but few are chosen.
What an honor to be chosen, oh how He loves us.

I write to and visit ladies in prison. One lady just got out this past fall and I have not heard from her again...I have tried to call her, tried to write her, her phone is no longer working, and she did not write back...I fear she is walking down the wrong path again and will end up in jail again. I pray that is not what happens, but they do make their own choices. I know I spoke of Jesus to her, so she knows about Him and what she should do. It is not so easy when you are on the outside and the little temptations come into play, especially if you only used Jesus as a crutch to get you through jail. I hope this lady that you wrote to will read your letter and take it to heart. |

| Amen Evangelist, giving people a soft watered down wishy washy word doesn't help them at all. People need to realize the reality of hell and what they are actually being saved from. It is a whole lot worse than anyone can describe it because there a not any words in the human vocabulary that can accurately depict the horrors of hell. |

I'm thanking God for the words spoken, plain and simple, chose. You have warned her and told her, even you had some problems. If it wasn't for the love of Christ that dwells in you, you would not have written this. praise the Lord!!
I pray in the name of Jesus, That she will be pricked in her heart and take head to these words and that she will cry out to God for forgiveness and this time mean it. That the Lord will pull her out of the darkness that surrounds her, lead her and guide her in the way that she should go, full of his spirit so that she can overcome all evil and keep her from the hour of temptation. A strong hedge of protection also, in the name above all names, Jesus I pray, Amen. |
