So, I didn't put the clock in the other room. Just couldn't bring myself to do and decided to give myself one more try. No call came at 5:46, even though I expected one might. Did manage to crawl out of bed at 5:50ish.
This is the text I sent to my accountability partner...Exercised, hurt my wrist.
Here is her reply: How? Getting out of bed, slamming your hand on the alarm?
She has such sympathy. I made the mistake of going right back to the routine that I stopped at least 6 weeks ago without any warm up or easing in. Silly me. So, tomorrow I'll focus on abs and legs and leave my wrists out of the equation. In the mean time I'll take ibuprofen in order to type.
