My dear brethren in Christ. Recently I had written a blog titled Is God really getting the glory where I made some remarks that cetain people took personally and I felt that I shouldn't have to fight or argue with anyone about it so I removed the blog. Since then I've been wrestling with God because he told me that they were his words and that I had no right to change it and no excuse for disobeying him. I love God with all of my heart and I don't want to cause him any grief or have him angry with me. 2 Timothy 4:2; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. I take this to mean that I have to preach the word when it is convenient and when it is not convenient, whether you like what I say or not because ultimately if the words are coming from God then he is the one that you will be contending with. I have repented and have confessed my sin before God and have asked forgiveness and I am forgiven. As long as I live I'm going to speak what the Lord gives me exactly the way that he gives it to me. 2 Timothy 4:3-4; For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. That time is now. People don't really want to hear the truth anymore. They like the nice stories and love to hear about God's love and his mercy and his grace but when you speak about God's wrath and judgment they argue that this is not the God that they know. I'm not going to scratch anyone's itchy ears. I'm not going to trade the truth of God's words for the sake of a few people that want to be entertained. Hebrews 13:8; Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. God doesn't change and he only has one mouth. He has been speaking the same thing since Genesis and it is all about him. Do good and live or do evil and die. Take it or leave it, you are either going to accept it or you are going to reject it . The bottom line is that nobody has to tell you where you are failing God at. Besides God no one knows you better than yourself. The only difference is that God knows the intentions and motives and attitudes and the thoughts that go along with what we say or do or with what we choose not to say or do. Jeremiah 17:9-10; The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. We will reap what we have sown. There is no way to get around this law. That would be like trying to defy the law of gravity by walking off of the tallest building in the city closest to you. I'm not going to apologize for offending anyone when I say what I say in a spirit of love and truth. I know how to go to the Lord and examine myself. I wrestle with saying or doing things with the right motives and intentions but I let God take my burdens and I sleep good at night. If you get angry, repent and confess your sin and ask forgiveness and its done. Simple as that. Me, I'm going to keep speaking as the Lord gives me and if it gets to where no one wants to listen anymore I will shake the dust off my feet and move on. Praise the Lord Brother Jay....I was wondering WHY you deleted that blog (smile)...My friend, I'm all for speaking the TRUTH...and being led of the Lord, and telling it like it is....That is the way me and the Lord flow as well....Surely since you have known me...you know that I don't bite my tongue for nobody...The TRUTH...which is the WORD OF GOD....will ALWAYS stand!
When we are truly led by His Spirit....He...THE LORD....will ultimately get the Glory......And I must say my friend...what you may perceive as augumentative, or debate....The bible calls it reasoning together that ALL may be edified ;o) |

Witnessing - to hear or see or experience something and to testify to its occurrence.Prophet Jay,you have earned the right to witness by being real.And by being honest. (especially with me)You have told me the truth on things that I didnt want to look at and when I finally did realize the TRUTH, I was a better person because of it,and you did that,and I thank you. The truth can be a touchy subject with lots of people,it waas for me.but it also gave me a new found freedom,and that is a wonderful ,beautiful thing..And I love to read you blogs and listen to your podcasted sermons.You always keep your focus on Jesus,first and formost....

Jay, I also wrestle a lot about some of the things I write. A lot of the time the enemy tries to shove my past in front of me and tell me I that do not have the right to input. Sometimes, it is me that condemns myself. But, the things that fall in our hearts certainly come from God and we should always please Him first. I try to write with love and understanding, because I come from a background where I was condemned and put down.
My office is different than yours, but we work towards the same goal.

No man has a heaven or hell to put you in. Teach that word in/out of season. People are being delivered with these Words from the Lord. It's the devil that's mad with you. If this Word is stepping on their toes. THEN SO BE IT. You are not here to please man but to please God. Many people are destroyed from lack of knowledge or omission of knowledge or both. Never delete anything when God has already given you instructions to do so. Man will always find fault in everything we do but our ultimate goal to is do what God has commanded us to do. I hope you have repented and now go on no matter what the circumstances because God has your back. Amen |

My dear friend,
Perhaps you should re-post the blog with all of the comments for all to see why you thought you should delete it? I find that when we delete comments or a blog and then refer to it later, then it brings confusion to other readers who cannot know what we are referring to and if we do delete blogs or commments we should let it rest and move on.
I agree with MarJay's comment (When we are truly led by His Spirit....He...THE LORD....will ultimately get the Glory......And I must say my friend...what you may perceive as augumentative, or debate....The bible calls it reasoning together that ALL may be edified ;o)
These are just my thoughts as your sister in Christ. We all miss the mark from time to time and should judge our motives for what we do. I take it as learning experiences from the Holy Spirit. I pray that you take this in the light of love in which it is given. my friend
